In this episode, I share a four step framework to help you align your thoughts, energy, and actions, so abundance flows more freely through every part of your life. Here are four steps you can take to align your thoughts, energy, and actions with abundance. Step one, set your intention. If you want to be intentional about your abundance, it's helpful to set an intention. Pick a time that works for you in the morning. Whether it's before you get out of bed or over that cup of coffee or when you're in the shower, decide on the abundance you want to invite into your life that day. Maybe it's peace, creativity, connection, opportunities. Say it out loud, write it down, if that's helpful for you. Set your intention for the day every morning, and then you can move on to step two, which is feeling. Our thoughts start the process, but feeling abundance in our body helps to create the energy that brings abundance into our lives. If you picked an intention of creating joyful abundance that day, what does that feel like? How does an abundance of joy feel in your body? What is happening with your heart rate, your breath, your facial expression, the muscles in your body? How are you moving? How are you flowing through the day? This is how you feel the abundance. It's all about noticing how it feels when that type of abundance has come to you already. Step three is about taking actions that align with the intention you set that day. These might not be actions that you are predetermining, although they could be, but it might entail making a choice during the day. Will it be this or will it be that? Which one is more truly aligned with the intention you set that morning. And these can be teeny tiny, my friend. There's many small actions that lead up to a larger one. So for example, if you set an intention in the morning of wanting to foster more abundant creativity in your day, and you have sat with those feelings and what that feels like when you go through your day, you will be more aware of how to act in alignment with that. So maybe it's opening your journal, maybe it's pulling out your colored markers and pens, so they're sitting in front of you. Maybe it is an opportunity to sign up for an art class or another creative activity that's been on your mind, or that just comes into your view that day. Aligned action is a very important step in this framework. The fourth step after you take aligned action is to stay open. And really this flows throughout the framework. But abundance often shows up in surprising ways, ways that we haven't imagined or expected. When you remain open to abundance in this way, you will notice those opportunities. You will notice those signs and those possibilities that might look very different from what you had pictured. Trust, my friend. This openness is trust. Trust in the universe. Trust in yourself that what's meant for you is coming your way. And keeping an open heart and an open mind so that you notice when they do come your way. So that's the four step framework, my friend. You are setting an intention. You are feeling what that abundance feels like within you. You are taking aligned action that helps you foster that intention. And you're staying open. That openness helps you see those opportunities and abundant vibes more easily. When you set your intention and you feel the feelings, you're taking aligned action and you stay open, you are creating that energy flow, a consistent flow that allows abundance to come into your life and flow back out and flow back into your life and flow back out. It feels natural. It feels easy. It's not forced, and it's a beautiful thing to attract that abundance into your life with intention. I encourage you to try out this four step process. Why not start tomorrow morning, my friend? Set that intention for the abundance you want to bring into your life. Feel how it feels in your body.
