I'm so grateful to have you here with me.

In the last episode, I encouraged you to find your unique definition of rest. Regardless of how you define it, you probably have several opportunities in your day to reset. You know those moments - when your shoulders are up by your ears, you can't think clearly, or maybe you just got out of a frustrating conversation.

When you have a few accessible tricks up your sleeve, you can extract yourself from a whirlwind of chaos, recharge your energy levels, and create space to find calm again.

Okay, let's move on to those prompts I mentioned. Grab your journal, notebook, or favorite app, my friend, and get ready to write. 

I'll drop a time marker here so you can easily find them in the future.

Prompt number one. What do I want to carry forward from this reset moment?

Prompt number two. What is one thing I can release right now - mentally, physically, or emotionally? 

Prompt number three. What would I choose next if I were already calm and centered?

And prompt number four. What is one kind thing I choose to say to myself right now?

Stash what works for you into your imaginary wellness toolbox and pull those tools out often. Choose which one is right for where you are in the moment. Pause for five minutes to shift. 

Remember my friend, a small reset can make a big difference.
